Library Transition Audit This audit evaluated Library operating practices and, where applicable, identified alternatives that would help the Librarian in program management. In some instances, we identified opportunities for collaborating with the County to use available resources, thus saving library resources, while at the same time maintaining the independence of the Library decision-makers.
